A. Property Tax bills go out once a year (in July).

A. Special Assessment bills are billed yearly according to the date of confirmation and terms of repayment.
 

Q.  When am I billed for my sewer?

A. You will be billed for Sewer flow twice a year (in March and August) only if you are connected to Sanitary sewers.
