The Department will begin delivering wood mulch, free of charge, to residents.   Please be reminded that this is a courtesy service and other priorities take precedence. Please fill out the appropriate form at the Borough Hall to arrange for delivery (a new form is required with each order). Orders will be accepted after April 15 and deliveries will begin after May 15.
