In accordance with the Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), which became effective on July 7, 2002, the Borough Clerk is the custodian of all public records, as defined in OPRA.

You can request access to or copies of public records by completing an Request for Access to Public Records form, which is available at Borough Hall or here on-line.  There is a lot of information available on OPRA and the public's right to access public records including the following:
