Taxes

Taxes are due quarterly - February 1st, May 1st, August 1st and November 1st.
The grace period for any quarter is 10 days. If the 10th day falls on a weekend, the grace period extends to the first business day following the weekend.
Postmarks are NOT acceptable.

Failure to receive a tax bill does not relieve the obligation of the tax payer (NJSA 54:4-64.)
When ownership of the property changes, the tax bill should be forwarded to the new owner(s).
