The Borough Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Borough. This person is in charge of all Borough employees, is liaison between the Mayor and Council and all departments, boards and committees, and prepares ordinances and resolutions.   

The responsibilities of the Registrar of Vital Statistics includes issuing: marriage licenses, birth certificates, death certificates, and certified copies.

The Borough Clerk prepares Mayor and Council meeting agendas, maintains minutes, issues licenses, and is the chief election official. The Borough Clerk also manages the housing of government documents, and all Open Public Records (OPRA) requests must be made through her office. In addition, the Clerk is responsible for issuing Business Licenses, and Housing of Animals Licenses on a yearly basis.
